How to Submit Your Entry

Submitting your work to the UK International AI Award is simple and fully online.


Just follow these steps:

Complete the Online Entry Form
Fill in your details and provide basic information about your AI-driven project.

Pay the Entry Fee
Secure payment can be made directly through the form. Your submission will be processed once payment is received.

Upload Your Work

Video entries: Upload your video to YouTube and include the link in the form.

Image-based entries: Upload your files to Google Drive and make sure the folder/link is set to “Anyone with the link can view.”

Check Your Confirmation Email
Once you receive the official confirmation email, your submission is successfully completed.

Awards

All submissions for the UK International AI Award are evaluated by our jury panel using a 100-point scoring system. Based on the final score, participants will receive the following distinctions:

Grand Prize — 96–100 points

Platinum Prize — 90–95 points

Gold Prize — 85–89 points

Silver Prize — 80–84 points

Participants who score below 80 will receive an E-Certificate of Participation.

All award recipients will receive:

Official E-Certificate recognizing the prize level
Winner's E-badge & digital poster for online promotion
Invitation to submit a project introduction for one-year feature our website, showcasing the winning work globally

Optional Add-Ons

After the results are announced, winners may purchase:

  • Official Medal

  • Printed Certificate

These optional items are offered separately and can be purchased after the competition results are published.
